Roles and Responsibilities
Implementing policies, ACLS and Zones as per the requests.
Code\Patch and Maintenance\Version upgrades for all the Network devices.
Troubleshooting core Network and Firewall related using packet capture tools or Wireshark.
VPN Builds - Site to Site (IPSEC) or SSL (AnyConnect, GlobalProtect and Etc)
VPN profiles checks and modifications
Protocol configuration: OSPF, BGP, HSRP, VRRP.
Addition\Deletion\Modification of VLAN, VTP, VPC, OTV, Uplinks, Flexes.
Switch configurations: VTP, STP, Port Channel.
Device replacements – Interaction with FT and TAC.
New installation and migrations.
Addition\Deletion\Modification, configuration of firewall rules and zones, VPNs (IPSEC, SSL, DMVPN), NAT, Policies, ACL, HA, Cluster, Contexts)
Addition\Deletion\Modification, configuration of Nodes, Pools.
Configuration and implementation IRules and SSL offloading profiles
Configuration and implementation Persistency, Context and LB Types, VIPs.
Certificate renewal and upgrades - Client and SSl certificates.
Configuration and implementation Access points and Access controllers

Network Operations and Administration
· Recommend approaches, technologies and network management techniques for physical and logical network traffic segmentation
· Implement, Manage and maintain network traffic segmentation to meet Customer’s requirements.
· Manage LAN administration activities (e.g., VLAN, WLAN, Router configuration)
· Support activities related to Customer-planned or Third-Party planned and unplanned outages
· Configure, implement and support all physical and cloud-based load balancers in accordance with standards:
· Proactive analysis and predictive analytics of network data and reports to limit network outages and optimize network performance
· Perform incident determination, alert identification and correlation, and resolution
· Manage network performance and availability issues resulting from a fault or impairment in network Resource Units
Network Security-Remote Access
· Execute in accordance with the documented security policies and associated processes
· Support in defining and establishing the processes, procedures and standards for the Service
· Perform administration, ongoing support and maintenance of Security platform (s)/solution (s) implemented
· Perform Service Management activities for this Service including incident management, change management and problem management
· Perform patching and configuration management activities where applicable
· Plan platform upgrade activities, review with the Customer, and execute the platform/software upgrades.
· Support platform integration activities with SIEM where applicable and is technically feasible and supported by the platform/Solution Vendor
· Coordinate with Security platform Vendor for level-4 support to resolve product specific issues
Network Security-Firewall and IPS
· Document and maintain Network Security-Firewall and Intrusion Detection policies and associated process with this Service
· Support in defining and establishing the processes, procedures, and standards for the Service
· Perform administration, ongoing support and maintenance of Security platform (s)/solution (s) implemented to deliver this Service
· Create, manage and maintain the up-to-date documentation including Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Service Overview Documents (SOD), Technical Overview Documents (TOD)s
· Perform Service Management activities for this Service including incident management, change management and problem management

Pay: ₹807,558.65 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
