Senior Network Engineer

Overview

This is a full-time role for a Senior IT-Network Engineer at Manage IT in Dombivli(W). The Senior will be responsible for overseeing network operations, network administration, troubleshooting, technical support, and computer network operations. This is an on-site role located in the Head Office.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the NOC team.

Identify, diagnose, and resolve network issues.

Collaborate with other departments to address network-related problems.

Ensure that the network is highly available and meets requirements.

Proactively monitor network performance and capacity, and plan for growth as needed.

Develop and maintain NOC policies and procedures.

Coach and mentor NOC staff on technical issues and professional development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
