UpSmart Solutions is a growing IT services company providing innovative and scalable technology solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer to join our client’s team and support their enterprise network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and manage secure, scalable network environments.

• Administer and troubleshoot Zscaler (ZIA and ZPA) configurations across distributed systems.

• Manage, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco routers and switches in a global enterprise setting.

• Monitor network performance, conduct regular assessments, and proactively resolve issues.

• Support network security compliance and collaborate with security teams to enforce standards.

• Participate in infrastructure projects including rollouts, upgrades, and migrations.

• Provide Level 3 escalation support for critical network incidents.

• Document network designs, configurations, and operational procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in enterprise network engineering.

• Mandatory hands-on experience with:

• Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA) – deployment, tuning, and incident handling.

• Cisco routers and switches – configuration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

• Desirable: Familiarity with Juniper Mist cloud-managed wireless solutions.

• Strong knowledge of routing protocols, VPNs, firewalls, and general network security principles.

• Experience working in global, multi-site environments.

• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Certifications

• Zscaler Certified Professional (ZCP) – ZIA/ZPA

• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)

• Juniper Networks Certifications (e.g., JNCIA, JNCIS) – nice to have
