Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute automation test scripts using Selenium, Pytest and other tools.
2. Design and implement automation frameworks.
3. Create and identify comprehensive test scenarios.
4. Proficiency in manual testing, identifying test scenarios in depth
5. Mentor and guide the automation team.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards.
Requirements:
1. 4-8 years of experience in software testing.
2. Strong automation skills with Selenium/Pytest.
3. Proficiency in Python, Java etc
4. Experience with automation frameworks.
5. Excellent manual testing skills.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Leadership and mentoring experience.
8. Experience with Agile methodologies.
9. Knowledge of cloud-based testing platforms.
