B.E/ B.Tech Mechanical

Experience – 4yrs to 6 Years

Worked in same industry – Duct , ADP and AHU

Timing – 09:30 to 6 p.m

Role and Responsibilities -

• Creating and maintaining quality control procedures, policies, and standards.
• Conducting various tests (manual, automated, etc.) to identify defects and ensure products meet specifications.
• Overseeing the production process and identifying potential issues.
• Collaborating with other teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensuring products and services adhere to industry regulations and company standards.
• Audit documentation and ISO guideline regarding documentation.
• Prepare and submit regulatory documentation to authorities.
• Monitor and interpret regulatory updates and changes.
• Communicate with regulatory bodies and address their inquiries.
• Ensure product compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
• Maintain regulatory databases/files and documentation
• Inspect duct, ADP and AHU systems and components for compliance with design and specifications.
• Perform functional and performance testing on HVAC equipment and systems.
• Verify proper installation of ductwork, piping, and HVAC units.
• Monitor and inspect system commissioning processes to ensure correct operation.
• Ensure HVAC systems meet energy efficiency, environmental, and safety standards.
• Prepare and maintain detailed inspection reports and documentation.
• Identify and report non-conformances, initiating corrective actions as necessary.
• Review and verify HVAC drawings, specifications, and submittals.
• Ensure proper calibration of HVAC equipment and instruments.
• Provide technical support and guidance to contractors and engineers on quality issues.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
