ob Description:

We are looking for a Technical Project Lead who is passionate about project management and has hands-on experience leading and delivering end-to-end IT projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background—preferably in Python full-stack development, AI/ML-based solutions, or other software development projects—and will play a key role in bridging the gap between the development team and client expectations.

This role requires approximately 70% technical involvement (understanding architecture, reviewing code, resolving blockers, managing tech teams) and 30% people and client management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of technical projects (Python Full Stack, AI/ML, or general IT solutions)
• Coordinate with developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Translate client requirements into actionable technical tasks and timelines
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients to ensure project alignment and satisfaction
• Conduct sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Maintain documentation, reports, and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards

Requirements:

• Strong technical background in Python, Full Stack Development, or AI/ML projects
• Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams
• Excellent understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
• Proven ability to manage timelines, scope, and client communication
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or similar project management tools
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
