We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Analyst who has 4+ years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that meet the needs of our clients and enhance our IT infrastructure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products while mentoring junior engineers and contributing to best practices in software development.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement software applications using various programming languages including C, C#, Java, Python, and .NET.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Maintain and enhance existing applications by troubleshooting issues and implementing improvements.
• Develop and manage databases using SQL to ensure data integrity and performance optimization.
• Utilize AWS for cloud-based solutions, ensuring scalability and reliability of applications.
• Engage in web development projects, creating responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Mentor junior developers by providing guidance on coding standards, best practices, and project methodologies.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality code is maintained across the team.

Skills

• Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C#, Java, Python, .NET, and VBA.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure concepts and cloud services (AWS).
• Experience with SQL databases for data management and retrieval.
• Familiarity with web development technologies and frameworks.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to effectively articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
