About the job:

Key responsibilities:

Hands-on experience with n8n (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of REST APIs and webhooks
Comfortable with JSON data structures
Basic JavaScript for custom n8n functions
Familiarity with cloud tools and SaaS platforms
Self-driven with async remote work mindset
Bonus: Apify, Airtable, Twilio, Cloudflare
Design, build, and maintain automated workflows
using n8n from scratch
Integrate third-party applications and services
via REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON-based
data exchange
Build and manage data scraping and enrichment
pipelines using tools like Apify
Connect and automate across platforms including
Airtable, Google Sheets, Google Drive,
and Twilio\
Handle error logging, retry logic, and workflow
monitoring to ensure pipelines run smoothly
Debug and troubleshoot broken or underperforming
workflows quickly and independently
Optimize existing workflows for speed,
reliability, and cost efficiency
Work with HTTP request nodes, custom JavaScript
functions, and conditional logic inside n8n
Manage webhook-based trigger systems and
polling architectures
Collaborate with the founding team to translate
business requirements into automation solutions
Document all workflows clearly so the team
can understand and maintain them
Stay updated with new n8n nodes, features,
and best practices as the tool evolves
