We’re seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) to take end-to-end ownership of application development in a solo capacity. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who is technically strong, self-directed, and enjoys building scalable web applications independently.

While experience with the MEAN stack is welcome, it's entirely optional. The ideal candidate brings strong software engineering fundamentals, thrives in minimal-oversight environments, and can comfortably navigate both backend and frontend systems.

What You will Do

• Drive the agile development lifecycle and take responsibility for software design, development and deployment
• Develop software applications with high availability, scalability, maintainability, and reusability
• Implement quality development practices and continuously pursue better ways to build software
• Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to define product features, create user-friendly designs, make architecture decisions, and plan sprint releases

What Expertise You’ll Add To The Team

• Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Strong software engineering skills and Expert level skills in OOPS concepts
• 4+ years of professional experience building scalable web applications in an agile environment
• 2+ years of experience building full stack applications with MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js (MERN technology stack), Vue.js and Strapi.js
• Hands on experience building micro services architectures
• Implementing search capabilities using tools such as elastic, Solr and graph databases
• Ability to look at a big picture and provide architectural solutions
• Experience building applications using Postgresql database is a plus
• Knowledge of data modelling, data staging, data pipelining, data cleansing is plus
• Knowledge of building services using java stack is a plus
• Excellent knowledge and working experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, and SNS
• Experience with Angular (MEAN stack) is a plus
