Senior Software Tester(West Bengal Candidates apply only)

Overview

Manual QA Tester (Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience)

Participate in developing and documenting user stories, including testing estimates and validation tests.

Develop, document, and maintain the test strategy and test scenarios.

Partner with developers to ensure all areas of the application are thoroughly tested across various environments.

Create, modify, and execute test cases for functional testing and report results in a clear, concise manner.

Present appropriate results and data at the release signoffs

Perform manual testing in a variety of client applications and systems from mobile/web apps, accessibility, and analytics to hardware and firmware.

Create defects (JIRA bugs) for issues found with an appropriate level of detail.

Manage and triage the defect backlog and ensure issues are resolved, including validation of the fix.

Design and execute cross-system integration tests and regression tests for each release.

Engage in various agile ceremonies for the team, document and estimate QA strategy for each story/card.

Knowledge about Team Lead, customer interaction.

Must be experienced in agile methodology and Jira.

Skills:-

· Up-to-date knowledge of software test design and testing methodologies

· Working knowledge of test techniques and compatibility with various software programs

· Working knowledge of programming

· Excellent communication and critical thinking skills

· Good organizational skills and a detail-oriented mind-set

Experience & Qualification: -

Minimum 2 year to 3 years of experience as a Quality Analyst/Tester

Graduation or Post Graduation in B.Tech, M-Tech, MCA

Salary: Rs 25000 to Rs 30000 per month
