SFDC Automation Tester

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Salesforce QA Automation Engineer to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Salesforce application testing, test automation using Selenium with Java, and working within Agile environments. You will contribute to delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions by developing and executing comprehensive test strategies and automating testing processes integrated into CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform end-to-end functional and regression testing for Salesforce applications.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium with Java and Junit/TestNG.
• Execute automated test cases, analyze test results, and document defects for resolution.
• Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline using Azure DevOps.
• Create and maintain clear documentation for test cases, test procedures, and test results.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and improve test coverage.
• Manage test cases and defects using JIRA, Azure Test Management, or other test management tools.
• Work closely with the QA and development teams to ensure product quality throughout the release cycle.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce application testing with a solid understanding of Salesforce CRM concepts.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Selenium + Java and test frameworks like Junit or TestNG.
• Strong experience with end-to-end testing, regression testing, and defect tracking.
• Familiarity with GitHub for source code management (push, pull, commit, clone).
• Experience in CI/CD processes with Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency in test case creation, execution, and defect documentation.
• Experience with test management tools such as JIRA, Test Manager, or Azure Test Management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Comfortable raising concerns, clarifying doubts, and participating in Agile ceremonies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to other automation testing tools or scripting languages.
• ISTQB or equivalent software testing certifications.
• Experience working with global and cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
