About the job:
Key Responsibilities:1. AI/ML & LLM development: Build, fine-tune, and evaluate LLM-based models using open-source frameworks (e.g., HuggingFace, LangChain, LlamaIndex). Develop NLP pipelines for tasks like text classification, summarization, embeddings, retrieval, and conversational AI. Experiment with prompt engineering, RAG workflows, and model optimization.
2. Python development: Write clean, modular, and production-ready Python code. Develop backend APIs and microservices integrating AI model outputs. Work with data processing libraries (Pandas, NumPy), ML frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow), and deployment tools.
3. Data engineering & model pipeline: Build data preprocessing pipelines for structured and unstructured text data. Implement vector databases, embedding generators, and document loaders. Support in designing model training, inference, and evaluation flows.
4. Deployment & MLOps (beginner level): Assist in deploying models using Docker, FastAPI, Flask, or cloud-based inference endpoints. Learn to use CI/CD, monitoring, and versioning tools like Git, MLflow, or Weights & Biases.
5. Research & innovation: Stay updated on advancements in GenAI, LLMs, and NLP research. Prototype new features, run experiments, and benchmark models.

A. Educational qualification:
1. BTech/BE in computer science, AI/ML, data science, IT, or related field.
2. 2024–2025 graduate (or recent graduate).
B. Technical skills:
1. Strong proficiency in Python.
2. Basic to intermediate understanding of machine learning and deep learning.
3. Hands-on exposure to LLMs using tools like: HuggingFace Transformers, LangChain / LlamaIndex and OpenAI/Anthropic/Google Gemini APIs.
4. Familiarity with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
5. Understanding of GPU-based training (preferred).
6. Knowledge of FastAPI, Flask, REST APIs (preferred).
7. Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering practices.
C. Bonus skills (good to have):
1. Experience in building chatbots, RAG systems, or GenAI prototypes.
2. Knowledge of vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB).
3. Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
4. Contribution to GitHub/open-source projects.
