About the job:

Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain web applications using React.js and Next.js
2. Build reusable, scalable, and high-performance UI components
3. Optimize applications for speed, SEO, and responsiveness
4. Integrate REST APIs and WebSocket services
5. Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX designs into code
6. Implement authentication, state management, and routing
7. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
8. Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices
9. Debug and resolve performance and production issues

Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
1. 1-4 years of experience in frontend development
2. Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)
3. Hands-on experience with React.js
4. Experience with Next.js (SSR, SSG, routing, API routes)
5. Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind, or modern CSS frameworks
6. Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, Context API)
7. Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON
8. Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
9. Experience using Git and modern development workflows

Good to Have
1. Experience with TypeScript
2. Knowledge of SEO best practices in Next.js
3. Experience with WebSockets or real-time applications
4. Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines
5. Experience with UI libraries (Material UI, ShadCN, Chakra, etc.)
