Overview

Job Title: Python Developer – Cloud & Systems Integration

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Developer with strong experience in Python and scripting languages, preferably Bash. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, cloud-native development, and systems-level programming. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver innovative solutions that interact with public cloud APIs and underlying system services.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software using Python and shell scripting.

Work with public cloud APIs to build scalable, cloud-native solutions.

Develop and maintain scripts and tools for automation and system management.

Collaborate with architects and other developers to understand requirements and deliver features on time.

Leverage knowledge of Linux environments and filesystems to optimize application performance and integration.

Analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to a high standard of code quality.

Document software designs and technical processes.

Use tools like JIRA and GitHub for task tracking and version control.

Engage in Agile/Scrum development practices and support fast-paced release cycles.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in Python and scripting (e.g., Bash).

Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.

Proven experience working with public cloud services/APIs (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.).

Solid understanding of cloud-native architectures and services.

Experience working in Linux-based environments.

Familiarity with filesystems, storage solutions, and object storage systems.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Hands-on experience using JIRA and GitHub or equivalent tools.

Desirable Skills:
Knowledge of one or more databases such as SAP HANA, Sybase ASE, MAXDB, DB2, or Microsoft SQL Server.

Experience in performance tuning and optimization for cloud-based services.

Exposure to containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.

Educational Qualifications:
