Description

We are looking for an experienced Performance Tester with strong hands-on expertise in performance testing of enterprise-scale systems.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing performance test scenarios to ensure system reliability, scalability, and stability under varying load conditions.

Role expectations

• Plan, design, and execute performance, load, stress, and endurance tests for applications and systems.
• Develop and maintain performance test scripts using industry-standard tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad, Gatling,K6).
• Identify performance bottlenecks and work closely with development, infrastructure, and database teams to recommend optimizations.
• Analyse system behaviour and interpret results to provide detailed performance test reports and recommendations.
• Collaborate with architects and developers to define non-functional requirements (NFRs) and design test strategies accordingly.
• Monitor application metrics using tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, or Prometheus during test execution.
• Participate in performance tuning, capacity planning, and scalability assessments.
• Ensure performance testing aligns with CI/CD pipelines and supports DevOps practices.
  
  

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Testing and Engineering.
• Strong expertise in tools such as JMeter, K6, LoadRunner, Gatling, Locust or NeoLoad.
• Good knowledge of APM tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for identifying performance bottlenecks across application layers (frontend, backend, database, network).
• Experience with scripting languages like Python, Shell, or Groovy is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) and performance testing of microservices and APIs.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• JS knowledge / hands on experience are mandatory
  
  

• Experience in Performance Engineering and Optimization.
• Exposure to containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of database performance tuning and query analysis.
• ISTQB or Performance Testing certification (preferred but not mandatory). Why Join Us:
