● About Role: Software Engineer - FrontEnd

1. Code, develop, and design features related to the existing application. We expect you to own sub-modules/modules end to end and take pride in the work products you ship. Create and define performance metrics. Ideate, innovate, and hack through the existing systems to improve performance.
2. Perform code reviews, and set coding practices and guidelines within the team.
3. Make sense of the product specs, and be handy in getting the issues resolved.

• Experience:
• No. of years - 3 to 10 years
• Type of experience - development experience in a product firm.
• Experience in building data-driven web application design and development
• Expert-level experience in building a scalable, performant, large, and complex business application
• Key competencies:
• Ability to write clean, modular and loosely coupled code by the use of design patterns.
• Strong decision-making ability
• Strong Problem Solving and debugging/troubleshooting skills..
• Deep expertise in at least one Frontend framework.
• Substantial experience in building complex and scalable solutions.
• The ability to do deep problem solving and build elegant, maintainable solutions to complex problems.
• Experience leading multi-engineer projects and mentoring junior engineers
• Comprehensive operational experience including, optimizations, deployments and cloud servers.
• 5+ years experience of building Responsive Web applications using cutting edge frameworks (preferably VueJS)
• Good knowledge of NodeJS
• Exp with performance evaluating Tools and techniques
• Ability to design E2E Frontend Systems
• UI Architectural knowledge
• Good knowledge of web concepts like - SSR, SEO, PWA, Service Workers etc.
• Good knowledge of CDN hosting
