Role: Sr. .NET Developer

Experience Required: 5 to 8 Years

Location: Nashik/Pune/Bangalore (Work from office only)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior .NET Developer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our software applications using .NET Core and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the development team, providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development lifecycle.

• Design and implement scalable and maintainable solutions that meet business requirements using .NET Core and cloud technologies.

• Integrate and manage data access using Entity Framework Core / ADO.NET with SQL Server or other RDBMS.

• Implement business logic, services, and repositories with proper layering and separation of concerns.

• Write clean, reusable, and efficient code and ensure adherence to coding standards.

• Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the software applications meet quality standards.

• Continuously update technical knowledge and skills to keep up with emerging trends and technologies.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Interns.

• Good to have Knowledge of Cloud Services.

• CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar tools is a plus

• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and sprint planning.

• Participate in the design of complex modules and ensure alignment with overall application architecture.

• Provide technical guidance to a developer, conduct code reviews if required

• Should act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned modules or projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners (POs), clients, and stakeholders to understand business requirements, clarify doubt.

• Break down high-level requirements into technical tasks, estimate efforts.

• Participate in client calls, sprint demos, and technical presentations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering or related field.

• Must have 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development using .NET technologies.

• Proficient in .NET Core, C#, and ASP.NET MVC.

• Proficient in HTML, CSS and Java Script.

• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, such as Azure or AWS., CI/CD Pipelines
