Software Engineer

Overview

• Develop and enhance software solutions by analyzing information requirements, system flows, and user needs.
  
• Implement customization/modifications as per client feedback, transition projects, or L2/L3 escalations.
  
• Collaborate with testing teams, incorporate feedback, and execute releases, including deployment on client systems.
  
• Identify areas for improvement and streamline code for better efficiency and performance.
  
• Continuously analyze data to improve and coordinate system modifications or new deployments.
  
• Foster communication and collaboration to enhance software development productivity.
  
  

• Provide maintenance, troubleshooting, and debugging support for existing platforms.
  
• Deploy programs and evaluate user feedback for further optimizations.
  
• Coordinate with documentation teams to ensure proper technical documentation.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in software development.
  
• Proficiency in Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Oracle, WebLogic, JBOSS, jQuery, and Ajax.
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  
• Understanding of Scrum/Agile methodologies and automation testing tools (preferred).
  
• Domain knowledge in Banking & Financial Services (preferred).
