Software Engineer

Overview

Paperless is a product within the CT Fulfillment domain designed to streamline and automate the production of mass-customized products across National Pen, Box Up, and Tradeprint fulfillment operations. Built on a scalable microservices architecture, the platform is tightly integrated with MCP (Mass Customization Platform) to optimize order intake, production planning and scheduling, and seamless job delivery to manufacturing equipment.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer with 2+ years of experience building scalable, cloud-native backend and frontend applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and REST APIs.
• Build and manage microservices-based architectures.
• Contribute to frontend development using React.js.
• Develop cloud-native applications on AWS.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments using Docker.
• Write clean, maintainable code following object-oriented design principles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  
  

• 2+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and GoLang (good to have).
• Working experience with React.js.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and RESTful APIs
• Hands-on experience with AWS services: ECS, Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, RDS, SNS, SQS, S3.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Docker.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
