Job Summary

As a developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining the server-side logic of our applications. you will be responsible for developing, testing, and deploying scalable and reliable enterprise applications using Java and related technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions. Roles & Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities:

• End-to-end Development - Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web applications, ensuring seamless integration between user interfaces and server-side logic.
• Front-End Engineering - Build interactive, high-performance web interfaces using React, TypeScript, or JavaScript, and modern UI libraries.
• Back-End Engineering - Develop robust backend services and APIs using Java or Kotlin, leveraging frameworks like Spring Boot and RESTful principles.
• Database Management - Design, implement, and optimize relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB) to support application data needs.
• Code Quality & Testing - Write clean, well-structured code with comprehensive unit and integration tests, and participate in code reviews to maintain high standards.
• Collaboration - Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver features and resolve issues.
• DevOps & Cloud- Deploy and manage applications using tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines for efficient delivery.
  
  

Years Of Experience

• 2 to 5 years in full stack application development (Excluding the internship experience).
  
  

Education Qualification & Certifications (optional)

Required Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, CIS, or related field (or equivalent work experience in a related field)
  
  

Skill Set Required

• Proficiency in Java and/or Kotlin for backend development.
• Strong skills in React and either TypeScript or JavaScript for front-end development.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern UI/UX principles.
• Experience with RESTful API design and integration.
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
• Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Ability to write unit/integration tests and use testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Jest).
• Agile development practices and effective team collaboration skills.
