Job Title: QA SDET-2 (Automation)

Location: Noida Sec 62

Role Overview

As a QA SDET-2, you will own end-to-end test automation strategy, build scalable automation frameworks, and drive quality best practices across teams. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams to ensure reliable, high-quality releases.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Java, Selenium, and Playwright
• Own end-to-end test strategy including functional, regression, API, and UI automation
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing
• Drive quality engineering best practices across the product lifecycle
• Leverage AI-powered testing tools to improve test coverage, defect detection, and efficiency
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and define test scenarios
• Perform root cause analysis and ensure timely defect resolution
• Mentor junior QA/SDET engineers and conduct code and test reviews
• Contribute to performance, reliability, and security testing initiatives
• Ensure high-quality releases in fast-paced, high-scale environments

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–6 years of experience in QA automation / SDET roles for consumer-scale products
• Strong hands-on experience with Java + Selenium automation
• Solid experience with Playwright for modern web automation
• Good understanding of test framework design and automation architecture
• Experience with API testing tools and automation
• Hands-on exposure to AI-based testing tools or intelligent test automation
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, Git, and modern DevOps practices
• Experience working in agile, fast-paced product environments
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
