Are you a software engineer excited with the prospect of developing new products in the Martech landscape? We are looking for you.
Niswey is a rapidly growing company focused on leveraging the USD 120 billion martech industry. We have marketing services as well as products built largely around the HubSpot ecosystem. We are Asia's first HubSpot Elite partner, which makes us among the top 60 HubSpot partners globally.
We build software applications for the HubSpot Ecosystem. In India, we are the #1 company with 6 apps already in the Marketplace. Our ambition is now global, as we want to become the company with the highest number of software products in the HubSpot Marketplace, across the globe.
To achieve that ambition, we are looking for a software developer to join our team of product developers.

The software engineer job profile will include:
- Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js and Express.js
- Design and implement RESTful API integrations with external systems and services
- Build and optimize server-side logic with focus on performance, scalability, and security
- Collaborate with front-end and product teams to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions
- Create and manage database schemas (MongoDB, MySQL, or similar) to support business needs
- Write clean, modular, and testable code following best practices
- Implement authentication/authorization mechanisms (e.g., JWT, OAuth)
- Ensure backend systems are secure, reliable, and maintainable
- Use version control systems like Git to manage and review code
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience as a Backend Developer working with Node.js
- Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), asynchronous programming, and event-driven architecture
- Hands-on experience with Express.js or similar Node.js frameworks
- Proficiency in working with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL or MySQL
- Experience developing and consuming REST APIs
- Familiarity with API security, rate limiting, and error handling
- Understanding of JWT-based authentication, OAuth, and multi-system user management
- Basic familiarity with front-end technologies (ReactJs, Vue) for integration purposes
- Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows
- Good problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with HubSpot APIs or HubSpot CMS Hub
- Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, or serverless architectures
- Familiarity with automated testing tools and writing unit/integration tests
- Exposure to cloud platforms like DigitalOcean
