We are looking for a skilled PHP Backend Developer to join our team and work on our critical business modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of PHP development, experience working with complex data structures and constants, and a keen eye for detail in implementing business logic and error handling. You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the core functionalities, ensuring robustness, high-performance and reliability.

• Strong proficiency in CorePHP, including understanding of procedural and object-oriented concepts.
• Experience in working with APIs.
• Experience in working with complex data structures like associative arrays.
• Experience in MySQL database to understand and write complex sql queries.
• Solid understanding of error handling, logging, and debugging in PHP applications.
• Experience in version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Ability to read and understand existing codebase and contribute effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance PHP code for the business modules.
• Work with existing code that heavily utilizes PHP core functionalities.
• Implement and refine business logic.
• Develop and improve error handling and logging mechanisms within the module.
• Collaborate with other developers, QA engineers, and business analysts to deliver high-quality software.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in the system.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address them.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and security.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of web server configurations (e.g., Apache, Nginx).
• Experience with microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
