Experience & Skills:

• Experience in writing detailed and effective test cases using BDD frameworks.
• Basic knowledge of software development and testing principles.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good communication skills and proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Basic understanding of BDD testing tools and frameworks is a plus.
• Proficiency with computer applications and willingness to learn new tools and software.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Write detailed and clear test cases for manual testing of mobile and web applications using BDD frameworks.
• Perform manual testing as needed to ensure the quality of applications.
• Learn and implement automated testing tools and scripts under guidance to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand product specifications and create effective BDD test plans.
• Document testing phases and defects, assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss challenges and report progress.

Must-Have Skills:

• Familiarity with writing BDD test cases and making them suitable for automation.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently.

Nice to Have:

• A foundational understanding of BDD testing frameworks like BrowserStack test management or TestRail
• Knowledge of JavaScript for automated testing.
• Interest in advancing to more technical roles such as automated testing or development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
