Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with a product mindset to lead our business analysis efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing software requirements, documenting processes, coordinating with project leads, and ensuring timely releases. This role requires domain expertise in the retail or finance industry and a deep understanding of Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirement gathering sessions and document detailed business requirements
• Prepare functional specifications, BRDs, user stories, and process flows
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and stakeholders
• Manage product release cycles in collaboration with project leads
• Monitor and improve business processes through analysis and strategic planning
• Use tools like JIRA or equivalent PMS to track progress and manage bugs/tasks
• Ensure clear communication across internal teams and with clients
• Support product development by aligning business needs with technical execution
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and reports

Domain Expertise (Any of the following):

• Retail Software Industry
• Fintech (Finance) Software Industry
• Gaming Software Industry
• eCommerce Software Industry

Qualifications & Skills:

• 4–5 years of experience in the IT industry as a Business Analyst
• Proficient in Agile practices and documentation
• Strong communication skills for internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent written communication and organizational skills
• Experience using JIRA or other PMS/Bug tracking tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Preferences:

• Ready to Work From Office – Vadodara Location
• Comfortable with US EST Hours Shift
