Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Senior Java Developer with strong expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of hands-on development experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build, maintain, and document RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Work with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Optimize application performance, ensure security, and write clean, maintainable code.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and mentor junior developers when needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.

Required Skills and Experience

• 6+ years of experience in Java backend development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture.
• Experience in designing and consuming REST APIs.
• Proficient in SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD tools.
• Good understanding of security best practices and API authentication.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must be located in Tamil Nadu and open to working from Chennai.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Agile/Scrum methodology experience.
