Overview
Wits Innovation Lab is looking for an experienced Sr. Java Developer with strong expertise in Spring Boot and backend systems. The ideal candidate should be passionate about clean code, scalable architecture, and solving real-world challenges.

- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable Java-based applications.
- Work extensively with Spring Boot and related frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure code quality through unit testing and best practices.
- Debug and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Participate in code reviews, team discussions, and client interactions.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture.
- Experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar).
- Proficiency with tools like Git, Maven/Gradle, and Jenkins.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Experience in the Healthcare Domain is a big plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Must be open to travel as per project/client requirements.
