Sr. Software Developer (MERN)

Overview

Responsibilities and Duties :

Application Development:

- Design, develop, and deploy full-stack web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and user experience.

- Implement secure APIs and web services.

Architecture & Design:

- Architect scalable and reusable solutions tailored to project requirements.

- Participate in system design discussions and contribute to technical decisions.

- Maintain coding standards and enforce best practices.

Team Collaboration:

- Lead technical discussions and provide guidance to the development team.

- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality code.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, QA, and product managers.

Problem Solving:

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve performance issues in existing applications.

- Proactively identify potential bottlenecks and provide innovative solutions.

Continuous Learning:

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate them into the development process when applicable.

- Advocate for modern tools, techniques, and frameworks to enhance productivity

Requirements:

- Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.

- Hands-on experience with state management libraries like Redux or Context API.

- Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).

- Expertise in RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.

- Solid understanding of database architecture and performance tuning (NoSQL & SQL).

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and automated testing tools.

- Experience with TypeScript and Next.js

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools

- Knowledge of serverless architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
