Job Summary

External Title on Posting Senior Quality Assurance Engineer ¿ (Fullstack Testing) Years of Exp 5 8 Years About the role Responsible for Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks, scripts, and test cases for various software applications and systems. Collaborate with software developers to understand functional and non functional requirements, identify testable scenarios, and create comprehensive test plans. Execute automated tests suites across different environments, including but not limited to, development, staging, and production. Key Responsibilities Proven experience in automated testing, including hands on experience with industry standard testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG). Proficiency in various programming languages, such as Python, Java, Golang, Javascript for developing and maintaining automated test scripts. Experience with performance testing tools, such as JMeter or LoadRunner, is highly desirable. (not mandatory but very desired) Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies and testing concepts (test planning, test design, test execution, test reporting). Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to identify and diagnose software defects Analyze test results, identify defects, and report issues to the development team for timely resolution. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the testing process, identifying areas for automation and optimization. Work closely with other team members to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the software development lifecycle. Stay up to date with the latest advancements in automated testing tools, technologies, and best practices. Contribute to the development and maintenance of a comprehensive test automation framework. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability. Proactively identify potential risks and issues related to software quality and propose mitigation strategies. Strong problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
