Technical Lead

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to lead and mentor a team of designers and developers. You’ll guide both the design and development processes, ensuring seamless integration of UI/UX and coding, while driving the technical execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of designers and developers to deliver high-quality projects.
• Oversee both UI/UX design and software development, ensuring alignment and efficiency.
• Contribute to coding and system architecture decisions, focusing on scalability and performance.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and team resources.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align project goals.
• Drive continuous improvement of design and development processes.
• Mentor team members and support their professional growth.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in leadership and development, with at least 2 years in a technical/developer role.
• Proficiency in front-end and back-end development.
• Strong UI/UX design knowledge and experience with tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Scrum, and Jira.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and mobile development.
