Overview
Job Requirements
- Lead the DFT strategy and implementation for complex semiconductor designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define DFT requirements and methodologies.
- Develop and optimize test plans, test patterns, and test coverage.
- Ensure DFT compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers in DFT techniques and tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve DFT-related issues during design and testing phases.
- Stay updated with the latest DFT technologies and trends.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in DFT for semiconductor designs.
- Strong knowledge of DFT methodologies, including scan insertion, BIST, and boundary scan.
- Proficiency in EDA tools such as Synopsys, Cadence, or Mentor Graphics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience with advanced DFT techniques for high-speed and low-power designs.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl) for automation
- Troubleshoot and resolve DFT-related issues during design and testing phases.
- Stay updated with the latest DFT technologies and trends.
