Lead a team of Python developers to design, build, and maintain scalable EAM systems that manage the lifecycle of physical assets—from construction to decommissioning.

Lead a team of Python developers to design, build, and maintain scalable EAM systems that manage the lifecycle of physical assets—from construction to decommissioning.
Responsibilities
- Implement core Python modules for asset tracking, work‑order automation, inventory scheduling, and predictive maintenance.
- Mentor and guide developers, enforce coding standards through code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables
- Develop RESTful APIs and microservices to integrate with ERP/CMDB, IoT sensors, and analytics dashboards.
- Ensure CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure (AWS) are production‑ready.
- Optimize performance, embed security best practices, and enforce testing (unit/integration) protocols.
- Should have implemented at least one AI based Application development
- 5–10+ years of Python backend development with ≥ 2 years in a technical lead role.
- Proficiency in frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI; strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience managing CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tooling, and cloud-native deployment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders across technical and operational teams.
