Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Technical Lead with 8 to 12 years of experience in full stack development. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, a solid technical foundation, and experience in leading and mentoring teams. You will play a key role in designing scalable applications, driving best practices, and delivering high-quality code

.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of developers (front-end and back-end) and drive technical projects from conception to deployment.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders to deliver business objectives.
• Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Own the full development lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to ensure application performance and reliability.
• Continuously explore and evaluate new technologies and tools for implementation.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 8 to12 years of hands-on experience in full stack development using modern technologies.
• Proven experience in leading engineering teams and delivering complex technical projects.
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as React.js, Angular, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/Typescript's.
• Expertise in back-end technologies, such as Node.js, Java, Python, or .NET, and experience with RESTful APIs.
• Good understanding of database technologies like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS/GCP/Azure.
• Experience with CI/CD, version control systems (Git), and agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
