Technical Lead

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead with 6+ years of experience, and who can provide technical guidance as well as hands on management for all product development within the company.

RESPONSIBILITY

• Responsible for the architecture of your product; ensuring it is aligned to the business requirements
• Create architectures & designs for new solutions around existing and new product requirements
• Constantly thinking about improving the underlying technology to improve product performance.
• Plan, track and estimate product development activities.
• Ensure the optimal application of technology and engineering resources to meet product development and/or customer requirements as per the product and/or marketing requirements document.
• Define standards & best practices to support agile development processes.
• Design and implementation of continuous integration and deployment
• Drive adoption of best practices around coding, design, quality, performance in your team
• Act as a technical mentor to your team

QUALIFICATIONS

• B. E/ B.Tech/Masters from any premier institute
• Total industry experience of 6+ years building scalable and distributed software products and infrastructure.
• Must have worked on at least one large scale server side implementation
• At least 5+ years of hands-on development experience on Java/Python
• Hands on experience in working with AWS or Google cloud platform is mandatory
• Experience in working with Docker, and Kubernetes is preferred
• NoSQL Database design and management, including being up on the latest practices and associated versions
• Exposure to complete product development cycles - From inception to production to scaling up, supporting new requirements,re-architectures
• Strong in fundamentals of Design patterns and Microservice architecture patterns.
• Proven project management skills including responsibility for delivering to project timetables, and expertise in providing technical solutions.
• Must have demonstrated team building and leadership skills.
