Technical Project Manager

Role & Responsibilities:

• Managing end-to-end project lifecycles, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Collaborating with clients to define requirements, manage expectations, secure approvals, and oversee milestone invoicing.
• Providing technical leadership with hands-on expertise in LAMP, ROR, or MEAN stacks.
• Designing and producing data models, ERDs, and API documentation before development.
• Setting up and troubleshooting AWS infrastructure, including EC2, RDS, S3, ACM, SES, SNS, IAM, and CI/CD pipelines with containerization.
• Managing mobile application lifecycles and interacting with Apple and Google app stores for reviews, approvals, and privacy declarations.
• Overseeing Jira-based project workflows, including epics, timelines, user stories, sprints, backlog, bugs, and sprint velocity estimation.
• Ensuring seamless partner integrations with platforms such as Stripe, Twilio, Firebase, Google APIs, OAuth/SSO logins, and in-app purchase systems.
• Leading technical teams, mentoring members, and performing architect-level duties when needed.
• Managing client expectations and ensuring timely project delivery using existing team resources.
• Extracting sign-offs, clearing milestone invoices, and maintaining effective client relationships.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on programming experience.
• At least 4 years in project management roles.
• At least 4 years in client-facing roles.
• Technical Skills:
  • Expertise in LAMP, ROR, or MEAN stack programming.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS DevOps and infrastructure management.
  • Deep knowledge of mobile app project lifecycles, including IoT integration (preferred).
• Project Management Skills:
  • Proficient in Jira with extensive knowledge of epics, timelines, stories, tasks, and sprint management.
  • Strong grasp of project estimation, velocity, and sprint planning concepts.
• Desirable Skills:
  • Familiarity with third-party integrations like Stripe, Twilio, Firebase, Chart API, and Google API platforms.
  • Experience interacting with app store support teams and filling out privacy declarations.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong client management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work within time and resource constraints.
