As a member of the Freightcom Cloud and Information Services vertical you will work with your team to maintain the highest quality of service for Internal and External stakeholders of Freightcom. Using standard documentation and your knowledge you will be responsible for uptime of business-critical services. Using IT Service Management best practices, you will respond to incidents, service requests, manage/execute changes, and triage service queues.
As a member of the Freightcom Cloud and Infrastructure Services vertical you will work with your team maintaining highest quality of service for Internal and External stakeholders of Freightcom. Using standard documentations and your own knowledge you will be responsible for uptime of business-critical services. Using IT Service Management best practices, you will respond to incidents, service requests, manage/execute changes, and triage service queues.
Responsibilities may include:
- Troubleshooting technical issues.
- Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem.
- Providing timely and accurate customer feedback.
- Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem.
- Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.
- Replacing or repairing the necessary parts.
- Supporting the roll-out of new applications.
- Providing support in the form of procedural documentation.
Essential:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar relevant degree
- Familiarity with Linux
- Hands on experience with MySQL
- Strong problem solving and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are essential for conversing with other technicians, clients, and managers.
- Ability to work in a strong team environment as well as independently.
