Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative user interfaces using React, Angular and Java.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend developers to deliver seamless, performant, and responsive web applications.
- Design and implement robust, scalable, and efficient code, with a strong focus on maintainability.
- Develop and consume APIs, while structuring efficient interactions between the frontend and backend.
- Utilize Spring Boot for integrating with backend applications, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Drive the full software development life cycle from conception through deployment, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project requirements.
- Exhibit ownership and drive projects from inception to completion, identifying and implementing solutions to complex technical challenges.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular code reviews to ensure high-quality code and maintain standards and best practices.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and frameworks, making recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of professional experience in Fullstack development with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
- Hands on experience on Java based backend services and worked on data driven solutions
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience with React and Angular frameworks.
- Strong understanding of core web technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Solid experience with RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.
- Familiarity with Spring Boot for developing robust backend functionalities.
- Proficiency with version control systems, preferably Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated leadership experience and a passion for mentoring and developing talent.
