Job profile

The QA team plays a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our software platforms across product areas. The team provides expertise in test strategy, automation frameworks, and quality assurance processes. We are now looking for a QA Engineer – Automation & Manual Testing.

As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and executing test plans, developing automated test scripts, and ensuring the robustness of the product. You will work closely with developers, product owners, and other QA team members to deliver high-quality software solutions.

The main responsibilities are as follows:

• Design, write, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Python and PyTest framework.
• Perform manual testing of web applications, Mobile applications including UI testing, functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Execute smoke and sanity tests for new builds and pre-deployment verification.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as Product Increment Planning, sprint planning, daily scrum, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
• Utilize Azure DevOps to manage test plans, test cases, user stories, and bug tracking.
• Utilize Azure DevOps for version control and project task management such as deployment, CI/CD, Creating Environments and isolated branch testing.
• Create and manage CI/CD pipelines using YAML scripts within Azure DevOps.
• Maintain traceability through RTM (Requirement Traceability Matrix).
• Perform impact analysis, monitor test results, log defects, and track their resolution.
  
  

Background\ Skill and Experience

You have a master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer/software, or similar.

• 3+ years of experience in Automation and Manual QA testing.
• Strong knowledge of Python, Selenium WebDriver, and PyTest.
• Hands-on experience with Postman for API testing.
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline development using Azure DevOps.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and active participation in Sprint activities.
• Familiarity with SQL for data validation and backend testing.
• Good to have experience with Robot Framework.
• Good To have knowledge of C# and SpecFlow (basic level preferred).
