Overview
Job Description- Java Backend Developer with strong experience in Order Management, Execution Management, or Trading Systems within the financial domain.
- Must Have Skills:5+ years of hands-on experience in Java (Java 8+)Strong Core Java knowledge (Multithreading, Concurrency, Collections)Experience in Order Management / Execution Management / Trading Systems.
- Exposure to financial markets and trading systems
- Experience building high-throughput, fault-tolerant distributed systemsStrong hands-on experience with Spring, Hibernate, Maven, JUnit
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (Cassandra preferred)
- Experience working with Microservices / SOA architecture
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Looking for independent contributors who can own requirements end-to-end with minimal handholding.
Messaging systems: Kafka / MQ / NATS / AMPSCaching coordination tools: Redis / Apache Ignite / ZookeeperCloud DevOps: AWS / Azure, Docker, Kubernetes Frontend exposure: Angular / React / TypeScriptProgramming languages: Scala or Python
