Overview
Responsibilities
- Project Leadership and Execution : Manage the end-to-end delivery of software products, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Requirements Management : Elicit, analyze, and clearly document project requirements, working closely with stakeholders and the engineering team to ensure a shared understanding.
- Communication and Presentation : Possess exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively convey project status, risks, and dependencies to internal teams, leadership, and clients.
- Agile Methodologies : Apply a strong understanding and practical experience of agile processes (Scrum/Kanban) to facilitate efficient and iterative development.
- Stakeholder Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, proactively managing expectations and ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Technical Collaboration : Partner closely with engineering teams, leveraging your development/coding background to understand technical complexities, facilitate technical discussions, and drive technical solutions.
- Risk and Issue Management : Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating appropriately and proactively developing contingency plans.
- Project Tracking and Reporting : Utilize project management tools to track progress, monitor key metrics, and provide regular and transparent project status :
- Strong communication skills to provide and clarify requirements with the Engineering team
- Strong presentation skills to partner with the internal team and with clients
- Minimum 8 - 15yrs experience in Project Management
- Experience in managing the delivery of at least one software product
- Understanding and experience in the agile process (scrum/kanban)
- Strong stakeholder and project management skills
- Should be from the background of development / coding exposure
- Prior experience / understanding of the Scaled Agile Framework
- Experience leading ideation and driving technical development with engineers
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Figma
- Strong awareness/exposure to data and AI projects
- Experience with tracking key feature usage metrics
- Experience with building analytics
