Position: IT System Engineer

Experience Required: 1–2 Years

CTC Budget: ₹4.0 – ₹4.5 LPA

Joining Timeline: Immediate / Within 15 Days

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide Desktop Support – Installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems and applications.
• User Management – Account creation/deletion, managing security groups, etc.
• Monitor and maintain systems, including system updates, antivirus, backups, CCTV, biometric systems…etc.
• Manage IT asset inventory, maintain documentation, and coordinate system allocation.
• Ensure data security and perform daily data backups.
• Provide 1st level support for end users.
• Coordinate with vendors and IT personnel for troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Handle IT procurement – from requirement gathering, vendor negotiation, purchase, and installation.
• Involvement in ISO/ISMS documentation and IT audits.

Technical skills:

• Have knowledge of Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022 Active Directory, Files & Folder Security concepts
• Experience with Windows Server 2022/2019/2016, Active Directory, file/folder security.
• Experience with data backup tools (e.g., Microsoft DPM, Symantec Veritas).
• Familiarity with centralized antivirus systems – deployment, management, and monitoring.
• Strong knowledge of ISO documentation and audit readiness.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote.
• Basic knowledge of Office 365 administration – user management.
• Basic networking skills – able to troubleshoot network-related issues

Soft skills:

• Good communication skills – both written and Verbal.
• Strong team collaboration and problem-solving attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
