:Job Description – BA (Agentic AI / Data & AI SVS)

• :8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in AI-driven product development or data transformation programs
• .Strong experience working on Agentic AI use cases, with the ability to translate AI capabilities into business requirements and actionable delivery plans
• .Proven understanding of AI lifecycle management, from ideation and data readiness to model design, testing, and deployment
• .Exposure to data mapping, data migration, and data integration activities, preferably within enterprise-scale environments
• .Experience in managing cross-functional stakeholder discussions involving Data Science, Technology, and Business teams
• .Ability to work in Agile delivery environments, with hands-on knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and collaboration tools
• .Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on driving business value through data and AI initiatives
• .Prior experience in banking or financial services domains preferred
