*Role Summary: *
We are actively seeking a motivated and proactive Data Analyst to join our expanding team. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing our company with the data and analysis required to understand our customers’ operations, gain insights into our own performance, as well as enable better decision-making.

*Key Responsibilities: *

• Build and maintain dashboards to improve visibility into company performance, operational efficiency, and topline metrics.
• Collect and analyse weekly and monthly customer data, and author monthly performance reports
• Track Botsync’s Customer Success team’s performance metrics and KPIs; present findings to the team on a weekly basis
• Troubleshoot customer data pipeline issues and build scalable data logging solutions.
• Use unified and disparate data sources to create automated data visualizations.
  
• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards, scorecards, and visualisations to track business performance against key KPIs and SLAs.
• Support forecasting, capacity planning, and performance modelling to enable proactive business planning.
• Automate recurring reporting processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of data delivery.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance in all reporting and analytics processes.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s Degree in an analytics-related discipline
• Experience in extracting, transforming, and loading data from various sources into analytical tools and reports.
• Detail-oriented, independent, and able to perform under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in advanced Excel and Google Sheets for data analytics.
• Well-versed in any of the analytical tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Klipfolio.

*Minimum Qualifications: *

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in data analytics or business intelligence
  
• Experience with data visualization to create end-to-end dashboard solutions and reports for diverse users.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL for data analysis.
• Enjoy working in a fast paced, collaborative and dynamic start-up environment as part of a small team.

*Preferred Qualifications: *

• Experience in Robotics, logistics, supply chain.
• 2+ years of experience in an analytics role (startup or high-growth environment strongly preferred).
• Strong data visualization skills
