Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of GenAI-powered solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate GenAI capabilities into products and platforms.
• Develop and maintain scalable APIs (RESTful and GraphQL) for AI services.
• Build and optimize ML pipelines and data systems for performance and reliability.
• Stay updated with the latest GenAI tools, frameworks, and research to drive innovation.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical leadership across teams.
• Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment in cloud environments.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Python and experience with key ML and AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, or Hugging Face.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI models, including LLMs, diffusion models, transformers, and prompt engineering.
• Experience in developing and maintaining APIs (RESTful, GraphQL) for AI-powered services.
• Hands-on expertise in building ML pipelines using tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, or Vertex AI.
• Solid experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native application deployment (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) frameworks.
• Understanding of data engineering concepts, including feature extraction, model serving, and monitoring.
• Exposure to MLOps practices for continuous training, testing, and deployment of AI models.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills to guide a team of engineers and data scientists.
• Ability to stay current with emerging trends in Generative AI, LLMOps, and responsible AI practices.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
