We're looking for an SDE2/3+ Senior Instructor (DSA) — a passionate engineer-educator who can bridge the gap between theory and practice, and inspire the next generation of builders.
This is a full-time, on-campus academic role in Bangalore, designed for those who love both deep coding and deep teaching.

Your Mission:
Join us in our Computer Science Department as a technical leader and mentor.
You'll design, teach, and inspire — ensuring every student graduates not just with knowledge, but with the confidence and skills to excel in the tech industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Software Development & DSA Expertise.
Design and implement high-performance algorithms and data structures.
Work on real-world System Design, LLD, and HLD problems.
Conduct code reviews, optimization sessions, and hands-on coding workshops.
Solve and teach competitive programming problems (CodeChef, LeetCode, Codeforces, etc.).
Teaching & Mentorship:
Deliver in-depth lectures on DSA, System Design and Competitive Programming.
Guide students through live coding challenges, projects, and hackathons.
Conduct mock interviews and provide mentorship for tech placements.
Build a strong competitive programming culture across the campus.
Curriculum Innovation & Industry Collaboration:
Design industry-aligned DSA & System Design curriculum that meets modern hiring standards.
Collaborate with industry professionals for guest lectures and live projects.
Stay ahead of emerging tech trends and integrate them into the classroom.
What We're Looking For:
Educational Background
Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Industry Experience:
6-10 years in software development at a product-based company.
Hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performance systems.
Technical Expertise:
Programming Languages: Strong in C++, Java, and Python.
Data Structures & Algorithms: Mastery of advanced DSA (Arrays, Trees, Graphs, Dynamic Programming, etc.).
System Design: Proven experience with HLD, LLD, microservices, caching, and database scaling.
Competitive Programming: Demonstrated track record on LeetCode, Codeforces, or ICPC.
Teaching & Mentorship:
2+ years of experience teaching or mentoring in DSA & Software Engineering.
Ability to simplify complex concepts and engage diverse learners.
Passion for inspiring students through hands-on learning and real-world applications.
Good to Have:
Prior experience teaching undergraduate or graduate computer science students.
Knowledge of modern teaching tools and active learning methodologies.
Prior experience balancing development and education roles.
