Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary: As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications, while also developing and implementing effective testing strategies that align with business objectives. You will focus on applying your knowledge of quality processes and methodologies to enhance the testing lifecycle, ensuring that all aspects of quality are addressed throughout the development process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in quality engineering. - Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java. - Strong understanding of automated testing frameworks and tools. - Experience in developing and executing test plans and test cases. - Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools. - Ability to analyze and interpret complex requirements to create effective testing strategies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Selenium. - The candidate is required to work out of the Client Office in Kharadi, Pune for 3 days per week, as per the mandate. - A 15 years full time education is required.
