Own the process of turning raw financial data into powerful insights — from Pre-processing and SQL validation to defining automation-ready data rules. We're looking for someone with 3+ years of experience who has:
- Experience in data operations, preprocessing, or data analysis, preferably in a SaaS or FinTech environment
- Advanced Excel skills (lookup functions, pivot tables, data cleaning, formulas, and basic macros)
- Proficiency in SQLÂ (querying, debugging, validation)
- Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to understand data relationships within ERP or Headcount systems
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Leverage AI tools for data analysis, automation and testing
