About the job:

We are building an AI-powered platform that integrates multiple AI models to create intelligent, multi-modal user experiences. This role involves end-to-end ownership from building AI workflows to deploying production-ready systems with direct guidance from the CTO.
You'll work hands-on with LLMs, agentic workflows, and multi-step reasoning pipelines, building real products used by customers.

Key responsibilities:

1. Build AI-powered applications integrating multiple AI APIs (Gemini, Claude, OpenAI) for text, image, and video generation
2. Design and implement agentic workflows that chain multiple AI models and tools to solve complex tasks
3. Create Rails-based interfaces for AI agent configuration, execution, and monitoring
4. Develop Python backends to manage agent orchestration, tool-calling, and decision flows
5. Implement multi-step reasoning pipelines and intelligent task execution sequences
6. Own features end-to-end, including development, testing, and deployment
7. Collaborate closely with the CTO on architecture and technical direction

Skills required:

Other Requirements:

1. 1–4 years of experience with Python and React

2. Hands-on experience building agentic workflows or multi-step AI pipelines

3. Experience integrating AI APIs such as OpenAI, Google Gemini, and Anthropic (Claude)

4. Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working independently in a startup environment

5. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience

6. Experience with Ruby on Rails

7. Familiarity with Shopify integrations

8. Experience deploying AI systems to production (cloud, CI/CD, monitoring)
